Hello families! I’m Shiela. A devoted and committed Nanny for overall morethan 4years since 2018. I have professional experience in childcare in Macau ,china. I have looked after children from newborn 2months old, toddler 1year and 8months up to school age 5yrs old to 8 years old.Mostly I have been looked after toddlers and school aged children. I’m friendly, attentive, committed. I like to think out of the box, have a warm nature but know when to use a firm hand. I’m organised and reliable, I love to plan routines and activities for the children, as well as preparing and cooking healthy and variety meals .I’m also trained for baby led weaning. I’m a non smoker person. I assist with homework help, pick up and drop-offs at school for the older children. I help with food lists, nap time (I offer help with sleep training also), bath time, light housekeeping (i.e. cleaning and tidying up after preparing meals, tidy up time with the children, putting toys away, rotating toys every couple weeks, nursery duties), etc. My favourite activities to do with the children are definitely reading, art and crafts, outdoor activities and going for walks, exploring the surroundings and looking for interesting activities to add to our routine! I’m working as a part of your family, although I normally work sole charge I like to think of us as a team!
